My counselling and psychotherapy training extended over a period of eight years at The Institute of Psychotherapy and Social Studies in London and then at The Minster Centre in London where I graduated with an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and Diplomas in Psychotherapy and Counselling in 2002.
My practice was at West Hampstead in London and at my private address in Essex. I also worked as an honorary psychotherapist at Basildon hospital in Essex where I treated patients with borderline personality disorder.
I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I am bound by the ethical framework and work in accordance with their guidelines.
In addition to my psychotherapy training, I have had over thirty years’ teaching experience within further and higher education establishments. I currently facilitate students studying for the Therapeutic Diploma in Counselling and the BSc Honours Degree at Leeds Beckett University.
